Assist with accurate processing of team member data in various databases and processing systems.Assist with creating reports and analyze data regarding key performance indicators (time to hire, time to clear backgrounds, cost to hire, tenure, turnover, source success, etc.) and make recommendations for improvement.Partner with department leaders to mitigate staffing concerns and provide proactive and responsive solutions as needed. Assists with staffing process from recruiting through on-boarding including design and implementation of processes identify, arrange, and attend special recruiting events and job description preparation and audits.The HR Generalist role is responsible to lead full-cycle staffing processes and staffing personnel. Under the general direction of the HR Director and HR Manager, the Generalist will support team members, managers, and the HR Department in, staffing, benefits, data management, and engagement.
